We draft the purchase agreement with all of the timelines and contingencies for both the seller and buyer. We make sure both parties adhere to these timelines and contingencies so the transaction goes smoothly. We order all the necessary documents to fulfill the purchase agreement. We are paid through escrow at the closing, so no upfront cost for our services. Just a low flat transaction fee of 2%, and we take care of it all.
